SINCHOLD 9220/20/45 crane rail clip is composed of Q235 or Q345 hot forged steel and vulcanized rubber block with self-locking function which is fixed to HEAVY rail system.It has 2 sets of M20 8.8 grade high strength bolts.The weldable base of SINCHOLD 9220/20/45 is WELDED to the steel soleplate,and the two grade 8.8 bolts connect the weldable base and forging upper steel clip tightenly. it can withstand the horizontal lateral force 235KN(24.6tonnes),the horizontal adjustment is 20mm.its low profile allows it to be used with cranes that are fitted with guide rollers.
